Since 2005, I have used exercise to help people connect to what matters in their life. I call this concept the
“1 to 23 Ratio”, which emphasizes how 1 hour of training can help people to thrive in the other 23 hours of their day. Seeing my clients achieve their best self inspires me and provides me with purpose in my profession.
